For over 65 years, the Parade of Homes has been a staple in the Omaha metro area. From starter to forever homes, attendees can discover their perfect home during MOBA and Build Omaha's Parade of Homes. The Parade is an annual event that is held each spring and fall. Over this two weekend event attendance at some homes is as high as 400. This event is a popular way for MOBA and Build Omaha builders, designers, and realtors to showcase their craftsmanship throughout the city. As always, this event is free to the public.

MOBA and Build Omaha are co-producing the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes, the Omaha metro’s most extensive showcase of new homes. This annual event highlights a wide range of designs and styles, attracting homebuyers of all ages and interests.
The Parade of Homes provides an opportunity to tour properties, gather ideas, and connect with builders. Whether you are considering your first home, searching for your dream home, or exploring options to update your current residence, the event offers inspiration for every stage of homeownership.
The 2025 Fall Parade of Homes is happening October 17–18 and October 24-25, with homes open from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day. Admission is free and open to the public.
